Welcome to the 2019-2020 swimming season! Please take a moment to review this brief explanation of the registration process of OFFICIALS required of all swim clubs. This is a separate process from registering your swimmers this year.
Your prompt attention to this process is essential so that we can begin sanctioning ESWIM hosted meets, with our first being Hall of Fame in October.
Each official in your family is required to go through this process if they plan on being on deck this season. The process does not take long but is an important step to help us activate your officials account with Swim Canada.

**Important notes:
1. Choose ESWIM from the dropdown menu.
2. If you are not a Meet Manager, it is important to answer, NO when asked.
3. When prompted to enter your COAs email address use: eswim.officials@gmail.com
4. Repeat for all members of your family who are OFFICIALS.
Next steps:
To officially activate your account, you will receive an email in the next two months. You are required to confirm the information to complete the final steps from Swim Canada.
Upon activation of the registration of an Official an email notification will be sent to the Official giving access to the registration account, to confirm the contained personal information, and refresh the username and password for re-entry. The email will be from systems@swimming.ca and the subject line will be titled:Registration of Swimming Officials or Official Registration - Activated. Contact your clubs Officials Administrator for assistance at eswim.officials@gmail.com
